“We Wear Masks” is an animated social story that helps explain some of the issues we are facing right now including wearing a mask, school closure, and social distancing. While watching and listening to this story together, have your child’s core vocabulary board available to follow along and point each time they hear the word “I” or “go” throughout the story. After the story is complete review the placement of each word on their core vocabulary board and see if they are able to identify the word using their primary mode of communication (pointing, eye gaze, etc).
