Teaching our children critical thinking skills can be a very difficult task.  The Atlas Mission has some great critical thinking activities that your children may love.  Here is a brief description of some of the activities, but please check out the website below for the complete list with details.

  1. Guess What I Have:  Place both hands behind your back with having a small toy in one.  Have your child guess what it is by giving them clues.
  2. Is It True?:  Ask your child a question that starts with “Is it true?”
  3. Good Idea/Bad Idea:  Using stuffed animals to role play, give your child scenarios on if it is a good situation or a bad situation.
  4. Find Similarities and Differences:  Pick two items and let your child describe to you how they are the same and how they are different.
