Through our readings we will work on identifying point of view, summarizing fiction, and making real connections.
In our personal narratives we will work on revising our drafts to zoom in on what was important about the event. You will explode the moment and work on showing not only telling to strengthen your narrative. Then you will work on making a bold beginning and an exciting ending. Finally you will make a 2nd draft.
In word work you will be on the look out for 5 words ( words that are interesting, new, or that you would like to try to start using in your writing). Here vocab tracker side 1 vocabtracker side2
