This week will focus on revising the argumentative essay on ” Should School Start Times Change”. These revisions should be based on what we have learned from studying the elements of a good argument and the feedback on the draft. It is expected that the essay by typed on google docs and be completed by Thursday, Oct. 6th to submit on Ms. Lessel’s google classroom. This final copy will be a summative test grade. To wrap up the week on Friday, Oct. 7th we will be taking a test on the elements of an argumentative essay.
Be sure to be working on the essay at home as well as completing your 20 minutes of nightly reading.
Tip: To get to your google doc go to Dearborn Public Schools and log into your gmail using your school email and password to log in. From there click the blue google dots in the top right corner and click docs.
