One thing we can all do to stay healthy during this quarantine is to RUN! I have done a ton of walking out on the golf course lately but now I have started to pick things up a bit and have been going for a daily run. There are few things better for heart and lung health than running, below is a video with a few tips to help you go further, run longer and hopefully test and or increase your endurance. Hi Mr.L I miss you! you are the best gym teacher ππͺπͺ I miss playing sports in gym class. I ran and walked 2 miles today. I also play a lot of basketball in my backyard everyday.
