Spring Break Motivation!!

So as many of you know next week we will officially be on spring break. That said the forecast is looking good so we will be able to get outdoors and get moving. I personally ride my bike pretty much everyday and have set a goal for next week to ride a total of 50 miles in those next 7 days. Some days I may ride 5 miles other days I might ride 10-15 no specific division for each day but in a week just a total of 50. What I would like you guys to do is think up a goal for yourselves to walk, run or ride and be consistent next week to achieve that goal. I use the under armour app on my phone to track my mileage but you don’t necessarily need an app to keep track. Travel around the block in your neighborhood 4 times and that’s 1 mile. Travel around the track 6 times at Becker and that’s a mile. It doesn’t have to be exact but giving yourself a target goal to shoot for will help you stay motivated and active. I will post my progress on this blog mid-week and let you all know how it’s going. I hope you will join me!!
