This document contains the fitness testing standards you were being tested on in Phys Ed class during the school year. The documents is broken down by grade levels and gender. There are a few differences in scores between boys vs girls and in each grade level the number of repetitions for each exercise increase. The document shows sit and reach and chin ups which we cannot do without the equipment but you can test yourselves on the jump rope, sit ups and push ups as well as the running requirements. Test yourselves first then practice each day and the following week test yourself again to see if you improved! Good luck and stay active!
