Below is another website that has a ton of activities for kids to keep them active while being out of school. Remember some grade levels had P.E. Class twice a week for 45 minutes each session in which we moved and exercised plus recess in which students played various games and sports so while we are out of school it is still important to keep active and stay healthy. Now more than ever we need to move at home to make up for that lost activity time. Hopefully this site will have exercises you would like to try and will accelerate those heart rates!

Glenn Higgins Fitness – no there’s no relation to Mr. Higgins our Principal at William Ford but this guys channel on YouTube has over 40 workouts and dance videos you can do off a computer or phone just by following along. Many are themed such as Fortnite and Batman and many more so just pick a favorite and find some space in your home or back yard and follow along. The movements will give you something to do and help keep you strong!
