Three new resources to try at home!

Look at the video exercise library, some have printable workout picture resources. There are 100’s of exercise things to do on here. You can create your own routine or regiment.

Sworkit.com – sign in or log in then it has tons of workouts you can do. Everything from strength, agility to flexibility and balance. It has warm ups on there as well. The kids section has workouts that are always free. This site also has an app that might be easier to use for those more familiar with phones rather than the computer.

NFL play 60 – this website is run by the NFL and has videos and information about the importance of moving and being physically active for at least 60 minutes per day. The videos link has exercises led by a former NFL player and teaches you a few exercises you can perform at home with no equipment needed!
