Greetings, families! Today was a great first day back, I really look forward to getting to know all of your children more this year 🙂 I sent home a welcome letter, supply list, instructions for ClassDojo if you are not connected yet, information about the importance of reading and the handout that must be returned regarding your child’s personal information. Please be sure the form about your child’s personal information is correct, signed and then put back into his or her folder. I am also going to post the supply list here on ClassDojo and on my Blog.

Today’s field trip was a success! Thank you all for your help and support 😀

Good morning – I just want to give a quick reminder that when we return to school on Tuesday May 29, that will be the last day to turn in permission slips for the field trip on Wednesday May 30. Anyone who would like to chaperone has to give a $5.00 fee.Three chaperones can take the bus and all others must have their own transportation. I have randomly chosen names out of a hat and the three chaperones taking the bus include; Audrina Robinson’s parent, Leya and Eman Fakih’s parent and Xavier Harris’ parent. Thank you everyone for your support and help with these field trips, it is greatly appreciated. I hope everyone has a restful and happy long holiday weekend 🙂

One more thing about the field trip – the permission slip says the location of the trip, the petting zoo. However, there is a playscape and the botanical gardens across the street that we will likely go to so please keep that in consideration while signing the slip.Thank you!

We will be going on a field trip on May 30 to The Petting Zoo! Permission slips will be handed out to the students today to be completed and turned in by Tuesday May 29.
