So far we have had a great beginning of the school year. Yesterday, students enjoyed comparing and contrasting how light affects our ability to see and communicate. We are engaging in productive conversations about how some stories rely on illustrations rather than words to tell the story. In math, students are are quickly grasping the concepts of addition, subtraction and the use of different counting methods.

I continue to make use of positive feedback to produce a caring and intentional learning community.
