Families, tomorrow is your school supply pick up. Please see your Home School blog for times and locations. There will not be another pick up time and date planned until March. Any issues, please reach out to your school and keep me apprised. All students are expected to complete their school work promptly and they need their books to do so. All students are expected to already have their Unit 4 Benchmark book AND their Unit 3/4 math books. Those will be used beginning tomorrow.

Issues submitting? Some students have continued issues submitting even after peer and teacher intervention. This is a situation that is on the student to rectify. If you need assistance, please call the Tech help desk at 313-827-8400.

Tomorrow students will be reflecting on their grades and assignments (found in Schoology) and emailing ME and their PARENT their reflection. As always parents, I appreciate your help and commitment to reviewing your child’s status with them. Semester grades are due this month and report cards should be sent home by the end of January.

NWEA testing will occur next week for both Math and Reading. This is a VERY important test to see where your child is at and for them to demonstrate their growth so far. Students will need to get enough sleep, plenty to eat, and be prepared to work their hardest to complete their work. Be sure to take your time to complete the test as this is NOT a race. I know you can do it! We will discuss the test later in the week so that you are better prepared.

Learning Labs are cancelled for Monday as of now as I am having connectivity issues at my home and have to work remotely. I will let you know if there is an issue any other day this week and appreciate your understanding.
