All assignments can be found in Schoology – pay attention to due dates! This week, all “LAB” time is extra time for students to use to complete Esperanza Rising tasks (Due Dates were pushed to 5/27 for week 8 and weeks 9-10 tasks). Today you can also complete unfinished ELA tasks (Diamante Poem brainstorming task #9) during this time.
Do not forget to complete your bell work BEFORE 9am. See you at our ELA meeting (Beginning at 9am).
HEADS UP: Tomorrow you have a MATH QUIZ and your BENCHMARK Unit 10 Week 1 ASSESSMENT
REMINDER…start thinking about your “talent” for our talent show the last week of school! We will be having a ZOOM TALENT SHOW where you can choose to showcase a TALENT to the class for up to 90 seconds. Perhaps you have a special talent, know a magic trick, or are really proud of something you’d like to share. Maybe you and a sibling have a routine, or your pet can do a trick…this is NOT required. It is optional, however ALL students will attend the TALENT SHOW ZOOM.
**There is NO SCHOOL this FRIDAY (5/28) and next MONDAY (5/31) in observance of the Memorial holiday. School will resume next week on TUESDAY, June 1st.**
