Dear Parents: Today there were many issues with logging into Zoom. If you received a message from Zoom today to confirm your child’s Dearborn Schools email, you need to accept that. Never give out meeting pass codes, but Zoom was trying to synchronize your child’s email with the district and with Zoom itself. Also, I was told that depending on your internet service, you may experience issues. Even my signal at school was weak today. Try to not have too many tabs open because that also causes issues. Some parents who were having issues logged off, shut down, then started everything back up again. Then they were able to get on. Lastly, PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL OFFICE IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH ZOOM. They will not be able to help you. You can text me, and I can call you, or perhaps send you a recording.
