NEVER leave children unattended on the computer, especially for educational purposes. As with our homework, ALL work should be completed together and monitored!
Some of these are paid sites and some offer free trials with limited usage. Please do as much as you can. These sites are excellent online practice for weekends and vacations!

Safety of our Children
Dear Families,
I hope this finds you all in perfect health. We are reviewing proper hand washing, coughing, sneezing catches, and zero touching our faces and our friends. Please continue this at home to keep our kids healthy! The building is also taking extra measure to ensure a sanitized/clean class room for everyone!
Thank you and Be WELL!!!!

Welcome Back!
I hope everyone had a nice break! This week we are working on the -et family in spelling and beginning module 4 in math. We are working on number bonds and adding and subtracting. I am sending a note home for PBIS this Friday for Kindergarten! The note is below for your reference!
Dear Families,
Our Kindergarten classes will be having our February PBIS celebration this Friday, Feb. 28th. We’d like to kick off March is reading month with a reading adventure in the classroom! Students will be allowed to wear their pajamas to school and bring in a favorite book from home to read with a buddy. We will have an afternoon of celebrating our love for reading! Thank you!
Reading at home!
This will be coming home in your child’s folder today. Please use these question prompts to help guide you at home when discussing books with your student! Reaching our grade level reading goal does not just mean your child can read the words in the book, but they should also be able to comprehend what they are reading! You may also use these questions as a writing prompt! Remember- you should be working WITH your child while reading at home. These tasks may be too difficult to complete independently, but with your support they can be so much more successful!

REMINDER!!
100th day of school!
100th Day of School This Thursday is our 100th day of school. Please take an empty, dry plastic bottle (like a water, pop, or Gatorade bottle) and put 100 objects inside. For example, you could put in 100 M&M’s, Skittles, pom poms, marshmallows, noodles, pennies, small Legos, gummy bears or peanuts. These are just a few examples, you may use anything you have 100 of and that will fit in the bottle. Please send in your bottle on Thursday, Feb. 6th! I am so excited to see how creative everyone can be! Thank you
