Math

4th grade: Lesson 11 of Module 5. Watch Knowledge on the Go video and complete the problem set. Due Thursday night. Students also need to have completed lessons 10, 11, and 12 on Zearn by Sunday. There will be one assignment on Google Classroom for this due Sunday.

5th grade: Lesson 3 of Module 6. Watch Knowledge on the Go video and complete the problem set. Due Thursday night. Students also need to have completed lessons 2, 3, and 4 on Zearn by Sunday. There will be one assignment on Google Classroom for this due Sunday.

ELA

1- Raz-Kids: Students have a new assignment on Raz-Kids. Students should listen to and read the book, then take the quiz until they pass (scoring an 8/10 or better). Login information is on Google Classroom.

2- Informational Writing Assignment 2: Students will research the presidency of the president they chose on Monday. They can use the resources on the Google Classroom post or do their own research. They will fill in the “presidency” answers on the Google Doc assignment.

3-New Reading Mystery Clue: Students should read the short text and then use it to decode the next clue. Students who “turn in” the correct suspect at the end of the week get a prize!

4- Read 30 minutes.

Music, science enrichment, art, and PE

Students have weekly assignments for each of their special classes. Students can find these assignments on Google Classroom under the Classwork tab. These assignments are required and will factor into report card grades for those subjects.

My Availability

I will be available from 9 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday on the following platforms:

-Teacher Office Hours are on Monday through Thursday from 3 pm to 3:30 pm. Students can sign up for a phone call or FaceTime on Google Classroom.

-I can also set up a phone call with you for the following day if you need support that cannot be fully addressed over Remind or email. Since I will also be focusing on my family during this time, I cannot guarantee a same-day phone call.
