Virtual Spirit Week

Dearborn High School has invited students to participate in their virtual spirit week, so we have another set of spirit week challenges!

Music, PE, Art, and Science Enrichment

Students have weekly assignments for each of their special classes. Students can find these assignments on Google Classroom under the Classwork tab.

Independent Study

Students should complete assignment 3 of their independent study. They can read, watch, or listen to the resources I have provided or do their own research, then answer the questions I ask. Students should spend the amount of time they committed to on this (or more!).

Students can also work on their final project with the goal of turning that in in whatever form they intend on Friday.

Math

4th: Module 4 Lesson 16 video, homework, and problem set.

5th: Module 5 Lesson 11 video, homework, and problem set.

ELA

1- Live read aloud on GOOGLE HANGOUT at 12:30, or listen to the YouTube videos to keep up. The link will not be posted until 12:25 so that students can only be on the video chat a few minutes before the lesson begins.

2- Read a chapter book for 30 minutes

3- Writing assignment on the topic of “My life in Quarantine.”

-Email (juntuna@dearbornschools.org)

-Teacher Office Hours from 3 pm to 3:30 pm on Google Hangout where students can log on and get their questions answered. The link will be posted on my Google Classroom at 2:55.

-I can also set up a phone call with you for the following day if you need support that cannot be fully addressed over Remind or email. Since I will also be focusing on my family during this time, I cannot guarantee a same-day phone call.
