For the record, A SUBSTANTIVE, INSIGHTFUL comment means that you clearly put some thought into your question or comment and grappled with the material in some way. If your question is something like “what is a nuclear bomb?” or your comment is copy/pasted from someone else’s comment, that does NOT indicate to me that you grappled with the material in any way.
