IXL Math Challenge

If you were unable to pick up your stuff on Friday or need a new copy of the Math Challenge Page you can download the pdf below. If you don’t remember which activities you completed login to your IXL. The activities you completed will show up as the percent completed or show a gold medal if you completed it at 100%. As of right now, the due date for the challenge is still April 13.

Week 1 – Day 1

Good Morning! Below is our schedule for today. Make sure to print off the Daily Learning Activities from the previous post so you can check the boxes off as you complete your work. If you are unable to print that’s okay, you can write each activity you complete in a notebook or on a piece of lined paper.

I created a google form so you can check in with me and let me know how “school” is going from home.

3 Weeks of Work from Home

Hello,

As of right now, I am unsure how everything will play out. I will continue to update everyone as I receive new information. For now, I feel it is important to keep our kids engaged in learning activities to provide some normalcy to our days. Please follow the daily/weekly schedule of learning activities provided. In addition, students can continue to work on their goal work and IXL Math Challenge.

If you have any questions regarding log in information please email me at Jinna@dearbornschools.org

I am here for you and look forward to seeing everyone when we are able to return to our buildings.

Regards,

Mrs. Davis

This week

Tomorrow is the NED kindness assembly at 9AM. For this reason strings will take place on Wednesday.

It has been brought to my attention that many of the band/strings students have not been completing their homework or practicing at home. It is important that students are practicing in order to improve especially if they wish to pursue band in the future.

Friday is Valentine’s day. Students are welcome to bring in Valentines or treats to share. There are 14 students in our class.

Class dojo – 100% of the class is connected on class dojo and only a small percentage are subscribed to the blog because of this I am using class dojo as the main means of communication regarding student participation and missing assignments. You can also easily message me through the app of course I always respond to emails if you prefer to communicate that way.
