Bad News Guys

I just got the email with the grade submission deadline.  Due to parent teacher conferences, and the need to print report cards in time for them, my grades have to be submitted by Sunday, March 19th.  The grace period they usually give us isn’t there this time.  So I am going to have to move the last day for book talks to March 17th in order to get them in the gradebook on time.  This means that many of you are going to have to increase your reading at home in order to finish your two required books so that you can complete your book talks.  I will change the due date on the poster in class tomorrow.  Please plan accordingly.

Digital Storyboard Users Only!

Hello digital storyboard users! I’m very impressed with the online projects! You do not need to turn your storyboard in, I am able to see everybody’s already. Once you are finished just leave it alone! Do not forward me or Ms. Jamieson a link.  They are due at 11:59 p.m tonight. If anyone works on it after that time you will one letter grade.

Goodluck!

Wayne County Regional Enhancement Education Millage Proposal

If approved by the entire county, the 2 mil proposal will generate approximately $6.2 million from Dearborn but the District will receive $7.8 million in additional funding for our schools.  Money would go to local schools starting this year and the millage expires after six years.  Continue reading
