Important information for former PESG subs who worked in Dearborn

Dearborn Public Schools will make payments directly to former PESG substitutes for the time that they worked in the District during the September 30, 2018 – October 13, 2018 pay period and the October 14, 2018 – October 22, 2018 pay period.

If you have signed a temporary agreement to work for Dearborn Schools effective October 22, 2018 or after, the only additional documentation that you will be required to sign is a legal receipt/waiver.  You will also need to provide photo identification in order to receive your check.

If you have not signed a temporary agreement to work for Dearborn Schools, but substituted in Dearborn Schools via PESG for the pay periods state above, you will be required to sign a W-9 form, provide photo identification, and sign a legal receipt/waiver in order to receive your check.  You are encouraged to complete the W-9 form prior to your visit. Click here for a link to the W-9 form.

Unfortunately, any services outside of the above time periods have been paid to PESG so any recourse must be through them.

Checks must be picked up in person by the actual substitute that worked (not other family members or friends).

Checks will be available beginning November 16th from 8am – 4:30pm in the Welcome Center located in the Administrative Service Center at 18700 Audette St. Dearborn, MI 48124.
