Time – The Green team bake sale will begin at 5:30 on September 20.  We will meet in the cafeteria to set up at 5:15.  This will not be a regular meeting day because of the Open House that starts at 6 pm.    We will not meet after school only for the bake sale.  The first regular meeting will be October 4th.
Donations -can be brought at that time or during school.  Donations will be stored in the office kitchen if brought during the day.   Pizza has been a great selling item in  the past.  If a few people would be willing to donate pizza that would be wonderful.
Signs –directing people to the office are needed if parents or students would like to volunteer to make them.     Volunteers – Parent volunteers are needed to help with the sale.  Remind them to wear gloves to touch food and don’t take money if you are handling food.  Remind them to use their best behavior.  Prices will be small items 2 for $1, larger items $1.  Pizza $2 per slice.
