Has your child returned to the U.S. after traveling internationally in the last 7 days?

If the answer is Yes, the child must stay home to quarantine for 7 days from the date that they returned to the U.S.  Then on the seventh day, the child and/or must get a COVID PCR test and have a negative test result before returning to school.

Does you child have a parent who traveled internationally in the last 7 days?

If the answer is Yes, please take a COVID PCR test. A positive test requires any close contacts to quarantine.
