I sent usernames and passwords last week to everyone in my class. Not every received the email Let me know as soon as possible if you need it. Be aware that some students are having difficulty logging in this morning.

Tuesday, September 8 will be our first day of our Zoom lessons and Schoology Assignments! Let’s hope all the technology works tomorrow without any glitches! Our Zoom times are as follows; 8:55: 10:30 and 12:25. Please have your child on time to these Zoom lessons. Log in through Schoology using your child’s username and password. Then go into the Welcome Course and then click Zoom. Your child will be in a “waiting room” until I allow him/her to join. Email me with any trouble; that way I know you attempted to join and I will count you as present in attendance. We will introduce ourselves tomorrow, talk about what we did this summer, discuss zooming rules and expectations and maybe start a lesson. 10:30 is Math and 12:25 will be Social Studies. I will post assignments for these courses on Schoology. Cross fingers that everything works well!! See ya tomorrow bright and early!!!

Yesterday I sent usernames and passwords. To get into Schoology, please go the Dearborn Public Schools website. Then click “student portal”. Then you can click on Schoology from this page. It can be found next to student connect or on the left of the screen under “online learning tools”. Then you will use your student ID (username) and then the password. Once inside Schoology you will see the Welcome course. You can click on that. Then you will see buttons to click. One takes you to Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies and Zoom. If you see an assignment, it is meant for Tuesday. Do not start it yet. Also the Zoom link needs to be changed. I will be fixing that before Tuesday! Explore around and have fun.
