The children loved our assembly today! Our theme this year is Pete the Cat. There are many Pete the Cat books and the children love them.  You can go to the library or you tube Pete the Cat read alouds. Please read as many books as you can every night. Have your child fill out and color a shoe for each book.  Return them to school the next day.  We are keeping a log of how many books each child has read for the month.  Our class will celebrate our love for books at the end of the month.
