Students started working on the beginning stages of research and citation. We will be integrating language arts and social studies for the next upcoming cause /effect essay. Students will be learning how to cite sources and create a works cited list in ELA class, and will be using this information in a cause/effect essay on pollution in social studies.
THERE ARE NO OFFICIAL READING LOGS THIS WEEK, BUT STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO READ 20 MINUTES, 5 DAYS THIS WEEK. WE WILL BE COMPLETING AN ACTIVITY IN CLASS BASED ON THIS WEEK’S READING.
VOCABULARY SKETCHES-3 SHOULD BE COMPLETED TODAY!
MAKE SURE TO HAVE TWO ARTICLES IN CLASS TOMORROW TO ADD TO YOUR POLLUTION ESSAY IN SOCIAL STUDIES!
