On Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 8:00 a.m. Miss Vuichard and I will have a 4th grade informational meeting for our classes. We will meet in Miss Vuichard’s class, room 6. Since we work together as a team we will go over the expectations for our students. This will offer you a chance to ask questions about the classroom and our expectations.

The Open House for Haigh School, on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 6:00 p.m., is a chance for you to meet the teachers in all areas, visit the classroom, and tour the school. It is also a time to sign up for conferences. We will discuss your student’s work and behavior during conference time.

We look forward to seeing you at one or both of the meetings.

The students will have a quiz on the location of the United States. Everything they need to study is in their Social Studies notebook. They will need to know relative and absolute location, latitude, longitude, and hemisphere.
