Ice Cream Making

Ice Cream in a Bag

½ cup of milk

1 T of sugar

¼ tsp. of vanilla

2 quart size Ziploc bags

1 gallon size Ziploc bag

3 cups crushed ice

1/3 cup of rock salt

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put first 3 ingredients in the smaller Ziploc bag and seal bag (Make sure it is tightly closed!).
  2. Put ice and rock salt in the larger bag and then add the filled small bag.
  3. Seal the large bag.
  4. Squeeze bag until ice cream is thickened, about 10-15 minutes.

 

Remove small bag, unseal, and eat with spoon.

No need to even dirty a bowl!
