Ice Cream in a Bag
Materials –
½ cup of milk
1T sugar
¼ tsp. Of vanilla
2 quart size Ziploc bags
1 gallon size Ziploc bag
3 cups crushed ice
⅓ cup of rock salt
DIRECTIONS
- Put the milk, sugar and vanilla in one small Ziploc bag and seal the bag. Make sure it is tightly closed.
- Put the sealed bag inside another small bag and tightly seal the second bag.
- Put ice and rock salt in the larger bag and then add the filled small bag.
- Seal the large bag.
- Shake the bag until the ice cream is thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove the small bag, unseal, and eat with a spoon.
