The trip to Oakwood Nature Center was awesome last year.  I have attached some pictures from last year so you can see what the canoe looks like. It has a much wider base than a regular canoe.  This make it  more stable and less likely to flip and the students wear life vests. The students last year really enjoyed this trip.
