Tuesday, January 22nd
What a cold winter blast! I hope you had a relaxing evening and enjoyed viewing the lunar eclipse. I know it was an extremely cold night but we are about to begin a unit on space and the opportunity to view the eclipse was too perfect for our learning purposes. Did you know that the next lunar eclipse that we will be able to see will not be until the year 2021?
Below is a picture I took at 12:12 a.m. (You have to enlarge it to get a good view)
This week we will be continuing our NWEA testing in the areas of language and science. We will also be piloting an M-Step writing test. This will be a short week but full of academics.
