8th Grade

JOURNAL:  Two Word Prompt – – Full Moon

Students continued to work on their team speeches today. Tomorrow will be the last day of class that they can work on these. We will start presenting on Wednesday.

HOMEWORK:  Tomorrow will be the last day to work on speeches in class AND practice.  Do you need to do something at home?

6th Grade

JOURNAL:  Dessert – – Today is National Dessert Day.  Explain in DETAIL your favorite dessert and why you like it so much.  Be specific.  I want to see it and taste it in my mind 🙂

• Let me just say… they did a GREAT job with the journal! They had me licking my lips!

We continued with story board pitches today. The questions that students were asking were phenomenal – deep and thought provoking!

HOMEWORK:  Book projects are due in 9 days 🙂
