So, occasionally I come across things that I think are interesting or positive to read or do during this time, but I don’t want to “assign” it. So, I’m going to keep a list here in case you want to check some of them out. Check back on occasion to see if I add anything, but I’ll probably mention something on my blog if I do.
“How to Live (forty pieces of advice I find to be helpful but which I don’t always follow)” by Matt Haig – I just recently finished reading Haig’s book Reasons to Stay Alive, which is his memoir about dealing with depression and anxiety. Towards the very end of the book, he gives this list, and I found it to be uplifting and true. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on it.
