Dear Kindergarten Families,

Welcome to the world of Kindergarten at Henry Ford Elementary. My name is Kimberly Fadhl, and I am excited about the wonderful possibilities that await my class this year. I am a highly qualified teacher educated by the University of Michigan majoring in Early Childhood Education with a Masters degree in English as a Second Language (ESL). I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and being outdoors. I am looking forward to working with you and your child in reaching his or her full potential. We will have many wonderful experiences and opportunities to learn and grow in the days ahead. 

I believe that communication is the key to a great parent-teacher relationship. I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions or concerns at any time. I will also do my part by updating my classroom iblog weekly to keep you informed on what we have been doing in class as well as things that are upcoming. For individual concerns, I will contact you by phone, send a note home, ClassDojo messages, or email you (if an email address is provided).

Please feel free to participate in your child’s Kindergarten year as much as you are able. Helping hands are always needed. Whether it is reading a story to the class, helping with a class celebration, or any other participation will enrich our classroom experiences. 

We have an exciting year ahead of us and I look forward to sharing your child’s experiences at school with you.
