Today was our February Healthy Dearborn Coalition Meeting. This months meeting was held at ACCESS.

Specifically our Inclusive Health Committee is looking forward to presenting at the next Dearborn Public Schools Special Education Parent Meeting. We are also working on funding for a special needs bicycle program for the coming summer.

There are also a lot of continued Healthy Dearborn activities and opportunities currently running – please see below;

Tonight was the Swearing-In Ceremony for Sam Baydoun. It was a wonderful community event bringing together friends, family, and supporters from Dearborn and Allen Park to welcome the newly elected Wayne County Commissioner.

It was an honor to be invited to attend.

This Saturday Dearborn’s Fadwa Hammoud was sworn in as Michigan’s Solicitor General.

A very honorable event with much community support.
