Blog Issues
Hello everyone,
I hope the second week of the school year is going well!
I wanted to apologize that I have not posted any updates or pictures this week. There is an issue with the Word Press Blog Ap. which is preventing the posting of pictures and posts in general. The computer services department is aware and working to fix it.
Here are the exciting things that have been going on at the various buildings.:
Dearborn High School:
Students have learned both a static and dynamic warm-up routine that we alternate days with.
Additionally, they have been alternating days with work on the track building up to their 1.5 mile challenge and practicing soccer skills.
OL Smith
Students have begun working on the social skill of “Following Directions” for the first card marking.
The middle school students are also alternating days of practicing fitness skills (Abdominal Curl) and motor skills (Underhand Throw) incorporated with their daily cardiovascular fitness.
Edsel Ford High School
Students began the Football Unit this week and have been working on throwing/passing and catching/receiving skills.
The class also began learning the difference between static and dynamic exercises as well as what muscle groups are being utilized during the various exercise routines.
Thank you and take care — hopefully we’ll be back live with the pictures soon!
A great outfit

Very proud of these gentlemen from the PE Department!
Everyone did an outstanding job over the past two days both in the pool and on land participating in our District PD leading to their recertification of vital skills.
Have a great 2018-2019 school year!
The Little Mermaid
a Dearborn Youth Theatre production performed at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center.
Another awesome production and great community event!
It was fun to see all the current and former Dearborn Schools students both in the production and audience!
