I received a pleasant surprise this morning from one of my students at Dearborn High School!

Students from Howe pictured enjoying their trip to the pool at HYPE Athletics through our Special Needs Swim Program. I remember these students when they were at Cotter – wow how they’ve grown!

Every year I bring in a former Edsel Ford POHI student to speak to my current students at EF about life after high school. This year I brought in Hala Alazzawi and her friend Zeinab.

Hala just graduated from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and hopes to continue her eduction with a Masters in Social Work.

Great job ladies – very inspirational for the students!!

This morning at Dearborn High I received a pleasant surprise. A former student of mine that I taught from Kindergarten though 8th grade was substitute teaching here. He’s accepted and plans to attend medical school in New York starting this Summer

The Stout Theater Company opened its latest performance tonight and per usual it did not disappoint. The entire cast and crew worked hard for months and it paid off!

This month’s meeting was hosted by the Dearborn Public Schools at our Administrative Services Center (ASC).
