Dearborn High Students started their weight room unit this week.

They are pictured pumping iron and participating in their fitness circuits that I created for them.

November 5th was our annual PE PD day.

The district’s PE staff was re-certified in Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED for the Professional Rescuer.

This is a very important training and the PE staff rose to the occasion and took it very seriously. I was proud to be an instructor.
