This weekend was the celebration of the 49th annual Yemen American Benevolent Association Dinner.

A fun community event in which many deserving Dearborn Public Schools students were awarded scholarships.

Sara Gleicher of the Healthy Dearborn Coalition was also honored (I’m proud to be a part of the Coalition!)

It was great to see some former students from many years ago and find out that they are doing well!
