Just a reminder that before school begins thursday, January 18 at 7:30 – 8:15 Students can just stay in lobby when time is completed.

Remember to bring your band instrument or string instrument so you can perform at 9:00 for the whole school Sing- A – Long.

Bring a $10.00 gift for our White Elephant exchange. Remember it can be from home – it does not have to be a store bought item. Please remember $10.00 value.

The students requested that we have some type of gift exchange. After voting, the “White Elephant” idea won. So, on Friday, December 22, please have your child bring in a gift with the maximum value of $10.00. Please make sure the gift is wrapped. It does not have to be store bought it can be a gift you have at home and your child just not use it anymore but you know someone else would love it.

Wishing you and your family a restful break. Please make sure you check to see what supplies they need for the new year.

The PTA will be selling popcorn this week. They are collecting money on Thursday (.50 cents a bag) and popcorn will be delivered to the classroom on Friday!

Attention: Families with Preschool age children who are 4 years of age by December 1, 2017. There is an immediate possibility of free full day preschool beginning in January 2018 in the Dearborn Public Schools (next month). The family must be eligible based on risk factors and not currently enrolled in a GSRP program. If interested, families may pick up an application at the Cotter Early Childhood Center, 13020 Osborn or call Nadia Berry at 313-827-6150.
Please respond immediately as slots are limited.
Families must live in the city of Dearborn.

Please forward this to all Dearborn families with 4 year olds.

We are beginning fractions today right after our multiplication and division test. If your child does not earn a 100% on the times and division test we will still work on the math task until they earn a 100%. Hang in there while we work on fractions for the next couple months!!!!!

Dr. Tynan is hoping to make it safer for our students that walk and ride to school. Please fill out the survey.
