Lansing Field Trip

Yesterday I sent home the permission slip for our third grade field trip to Lansing.  The trip is on Friday, April 13.  We will be leaving Geer Park at 8:00 and returning at about 4:30.  Students will need to be at school by 7:45 that morning.  We will be visiting the Michigan Historical museum for half of the day and the capitol building the other half of the day.  We have spend most of the year learning about Michigan’s history and our next unit will be on government.  Students will need to bring a bagged lunch.  The cost of the field trip is $5.  Chaperones are needed.
