Reading Eggs

The children’s logins and passwords for reading eggs came home today. The children can use this subscription on a computer or a tablet. This is a great learning tool for your child. They will be learning their letters, letter sounds, identifying word families, and reading sight words without even realizing it! My previous students loved this program and would beg to go on it all throughout the day — even during recess time! I have been using this program for about five years and I have seen it produce enormous reading growth for my students.

Please make this part of your child’s nightly homework.  Ten to fifteen minutes each night on reading eggs can make a great difference in your child’s reading and writing abilities — and it’s fun!!!!!
