Good morning from your friendly remote learning teacher! I am so glad I was able to converse with you yesterday about our Read Aloud. It makes me feel more like being in the classroom hearing what you have to say. We will continue to do a few assignments per day. Has anyone found something really fun to do or watch since we have been home? Share it with me and I will share it with the rest of us.

Math-Exit Ticket les 3; watch the video for lesson 4 then complete the application problem and problem set.

Science-Read the remaining Earth’s Atmosphere articles in ReadWorks, and record your new learnings in Book of Knowledge.

Read & Language-2 things today; complete the language verb agreement activity in Classroom. Make sure you read the directions at the top to understand verb agreement when doing this activity. After that, complete the reading proofreading activity. Follow the directions on the activity sheet.

Read AloudInsignificant Events in the Life of a Cactus, listen to chapters 8 & 9 if you haven’t already then do the following:

What does Aven mean when she says, “I am an entirely insignificant event in the life of this cactus.”?
For ch 9, write the main idea and 3 details to support.

Have a good day and know I am only an email away!
