Good Morning! It was a beautiful day yesterday! I hope you took some time to enjoy being outside. I know I did!

Math-Exit Ticket lesson 8; watch the video for lesson 9, complete the Application Problem, Problem Set, Zearn for lesson 9.

Read-continue reading Spirit of Endurance pgs 528-533. Answer the following questions in Classroom: 1)What was the next big problem the men faced after landing safely on South Georgia Island? 2)How did they overcome it? 3)How did Shackleton and the others prepare for the hike across the island? 4)What was their biggest obstacle? Last but not least…5)How did Shackleton finally accomplish the rescue? Use Text Evidence to support your answers!

Social Studies-read your Online Textbook pgs 110-114. After reading 1)describe the Ohio River Valley was important, 2)what was the Treaty of Paris of 1763, 3)what was the Proclamation Line of 1763, and 4)what it meant for the colonists. Again, use text evidence to support your answers.

Read Aloud-listen to ch 12 & 13. Add the main idea from each chapter with 2-3 supporting details for each chapter.

Science-Earth’s Systems; watch the video titled Earth Systems Part 1(it’s on the right of the blog page) Get a piece of paper and take notes during the video on the systems. Watch it several times to get as much information as you can! You can use a bubble map/graphic organizer with the sphere listed in the middle and facts around it, OR any way you want to do it.
