Worry Journals
At times, we all need to blow off steam. Many students (and adults) find journaling to be helpful when feeling overwhelmed. I have attached a one page sheet to help students with identifying their source of worries, strengths, coping skills, etc. Many students would use these in session with me when they were not able to organize their thoughts.
