Mid-Week Update

Posted by Danielle Currie on April 18, 2018 in Class News |

Good evening-

I hope this reaches everyone well.

Please read below-listed are some important dates and info.

Publishing Center Books-

Parent help please!!! Please edit and revise your child’s story with them. It is in their Writing Google Classroom-under Publishing Center Assignment. Some students are finished and have already began preparing their white books. It still wouldn’t be a bad idea to go over it with them. As we’ve discussed many times the importance of revisions and editing before work is published. Thanks in advance!

Science Fair Bootcamp-

5th-Boards and completed experiment due Monday-4/23/18.

4th-Boards and experiment due Wednesday-4/25/18.

Science Fair Bootcamp- 4/26/18- 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Social Studies- Both grades can begin researching their Biography Person. More info will be sent home on this…

Math-4th grade, apologies for the delay. I had to wait for all assessments to be completed to return them to the students. They will go home by Friday.

Per Mrs. Tiba and the office staff.

We are no longer allowing instruments, lunches, late work, supplies, etc… to be dropped off in the office. This is causing disruptions to the classroom teacher and the office staff. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with this matter.

Field Trip 5/30/18- Please have your child return the permission slip and $$ to me no later than 4/27/18. Thank you.

I think that is all for now! Whoa you can tell the end of the school year is near..so many fun things going on!

Have a great rest of the week!
