A message from Ms. Tiba:

Dear Parents,
Exciting news!  This year as part of our monthly assemblies we will be choosing 1 to 2 students from each class and designate them as Leader of the Month.  These students are students that earned a boarding passes for the specific habit of the month.  Once a student earns the boarding pass, they are placed in a class bin and at the end of the month one or two students are chosen randomly.  These students are then given a certificate and acknowledged for being a leader in the specific habit being taught.  Next month the habit will be Put First Things First.  Please discuss and continue to encourage the 7 habits with your child at home.  A strong home-school partnership ensures a positive culture.

Read below about the Holiday Boutique.

My name is Brandy, I am a Young 5’s parent, and also this year’s new lead coordinator for the Lindbergh Holiday Boutique. As most of you know, this PTA organized community event is a huge proceed driver that allows us to give back to our Lindbergh teachers and students.  The date for this year’s boutique is Saturday, November 9th and we need volunteers galore!  Volunteering for this event is really a great way to earn money to use for your students and classroom needs. I encourage you to take a look at the sign up genius link below and see which volunteer position would be the best fit.
Personally I want to THANK YOU for taking the time to read this and offering helping hands.  As a parent and a PTA member, I truly value all of you as educators and what you contribute to our children. It takes a village, and you all are pillars within!
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or where I can be of any assistance.
