Writing~ Informational genre.

Reading~ New reading logs! There will be a project this month.

Spelling~ New words this week. Google slide show and test on Friday.

 

Math~

4th- We will finish up this module. Mid-module assessment, Friday, 1/11/19.

5th~ Begin Module 3- Fractions!!

 

Social Studies~

4th- Finish up Human Geography- Assessment- 1/16/19.

5th~ Begin Unit- Life in the Colonies.

 

Science~

4th- Mystery- What would happen if you screamed in outer space?

5th~ Mystery- Why does the moon change shape?

Wed. 1/9/19- Assembly kick-off for Kids Heart Challenge ( formally known as JUMP ROPE FOR HEART).

Thurs. 1/10/19-NWEA Reading. Please make sure your child has a hearty breakfast, good night’s sleep and is on time for school. I will begin testing at 9:15.
