I know it’s been a while, and you all have missed it. So here it goes, WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS are back!!! YES, YES, they are BACK!!! We are going to get back to our traditional weekly workouts moving forward. No complaints this time around as you can do this in the comfort of your own homes, with no one watching!
I want you guys to select a workout and get to it. It can be anything you want: jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, mountain climbers, jump rope, burpees, squats, YOU NAME IT. You can search the internet, YouTube, wherever, whatever, just find a workout and do it.
Do not cheat yourselves ladies and gentlemen! Let’s get the blood flowing and the energy going! My motto is “one workout every Wednesday keeps the doctor away.” Just kidding, I just made that up, but you get my point.
So you ask “how will he know if I actually did it?” Good question, I am glad you asked! Since I do not want any inappropriate videos or postings we are going to go off the old HONOR and INTEGRITY system. I am going to trust that my students are going to handle business!
