After, we will work to finish up our 1 sided Cornell Notes that are due today (Many students turned in Friday), and our double sided Government Cornell Notes that are due tomorrow!

Today in class, we will begin the hour by watching flocabulary and completing side 1. Good Morning!

Today in class, we will begin the hour by reviewing Monarchy with an additional Cornell Notes  SummativeReviewGovtCnotessheet that will be done for the majority of at home by completing the reading. I will do the first topic with them “Monarchy” and the rest will be for homework. We will then move on to learning about an oligarchy style government, which they will take the double sided Government Cornell Notes on.

AVID Students – I will be placing a picture of both Cornell Notes today at some point, it will be your responsibility to get them completed!

Good Morning!

Today we will be WIDA testing until 10am, which leave us only seeing our 5th and 6th hours.

Homework for the weekend:

1. Complete your Thursday BellWork it is due on Tuesday.
2. Fill in the Economy side of the Graphic Organizer we placed in your notebooks yesterday and talk to the text on the Economy paper.
3. Moby Max – it must be half way done by Tuesday or it will result in a call home!

Good Morning!

Due to yesterday’s snow day, we will continue WIDA testing tomorrow. It is important that you are here, so that you complete the WIDA. 

Today in class, we will check our study guide, followed by taking the Chapter 25 Test Good Luck! Scores will be available on Student/Parent Connect this afternoon. Students WILL be allowed to use their Notes or Study Guide on the test for an extended amount of time, IF they completed their study guides at home from yesterday’s blog.

Homework:  1. Bell Work 2/11-2/14 Due Tuesday (Complete Friday’s for HW!) Some may turn it in today! 2. Fill in the Government/Econ Notes from the reading! Good Morning and Happy Snow Day – since we are not in school today I am posting all the answers to the study guide. Please make sure you have all the notes for Chapter 25 notes from the previous post in your notebook. If completed correctly, you will be allowed to use this on the test tomorrow!
